上海鐵路局試行貨物運輸網上受理( 2012年8月1日)
從8月1日開始，上海鐵路局開始嘗試辦理鐵路貨物運輸網上受理業務，客戶只需登錄中國鐵路客戶服務中心網站，通過鏈接進入上海鐵路局貨運電子商務系統，完成註冊後即可在線辦理相關貨運業務。據介紹，上海鐵路局貨運電子商務系統目前可為客戶提供互聯網提報運輸需求、系統自動受理、全程物流服務等服務，客戶可通過該系統辦理整車貨物、小件貨物和快運班列業務。
