绿地集团7月11日与韩国济州国际自由城市开发中心在上海正式签署协议备忘录（MOA），标志着绿地集团对韩投资进入具体实施及提速开展阶段。

绿地集团是我国地产开发企业走向韩国的第一例。绿地集团将独资开发济州“六大核心项目”中的健康医疗城项目，总占地面积约110万平方米，总投资达9亿美元，规划建设观光修养设施、医疗服务设施、商业购物中心、旅游度假酒店及住宅等，建成后将成为居住、娱乐、医疗多种功能相结合，各种公共便利设施齐备的世界水平休养型居住区。
