From Yosemite to Acadia: Free Passes for Military Families
This year, as part of Armed Forces Week, we are offering all active duty service members and their dependents a free annual pass to more than 2,000 sites across the country, including National Parks.
From Yosemite to Acadia to the Grand Canyon, we are putting out a welcome mat for our military families at America’s most beautiful and storied sites.

USA President and Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard, the minutes of the call
USA President last night with Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard had a telephone conversation before the holding of the May 21 Chicago, the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) Summit (the ISAF Summit), the two sides continue to hold regular consultations on Afghanistan. Julia Gillard Prime Minister, President of the USA informed the U.S. relations with Afghanistan, the latest major development, including his recent trip to Afghanistan, and U.S. A strategic partnership agreement (the US-Afghanistan of Strategic Partnership Agreement) was signed. USA President and Prime Minister Julia Gillard confirmed in the discussion: the two sides in the common goal of the Summit of the International Security Assistance Force, including, to continue its efforts to the goal of transition to an Afghan-led to assume security responsibility, and agreed that: one should continue to promote the international community the strength of the progress already made adequate, sustainable actions of the Afghan National Security Forces (Afghan national security forces, ANSF). USA President stressed: Australia is one of our closest partners in Afghanistan, and Australia’s significant contribution and the leading role of Julia Gillard Prime Minister expressed his appreciation.
