目前,陆家嘴商办楼宇的入驻率94.4%,小陆家嘴的写字楼平均租价每天每平方米10元。“一房难求”的尴尬制约着金融城转型发展的脚步。
为促进优质商务楼宇尽快投入市场,陆家嘴金融贸易区管委会精心谋划,首批重点推进上海中心大厦、上海国金中心、塘东总部基地、上海纽约大学等十大工程,总投资约551亿元人民币,总占地面积约40万平方米。
