日本前首相福田康夫在博鳌亚洲论坛上提出，应该尽早出台亚洲统一货币——亚元。强势美元出现衰退，欧元体系更是险象环生，当前的大经济背景下，亚元到底有没有推出的必要？对于世界、对于亚洲，对于中国来说，更需要人民币的国际化,还是更需要”亚元”的构想？
4月2日,经济之声《 央广财经评论》报道，2012博鳌亚洲论坛正在举行，作为博鳌论坛的理事长，日本前首相福田康夫说，希望通过博鳌亚洲论坛的推动，能尽快拥有亚洲统一货币——亚元。此言一出，引起广泛关注。
福田康夫认为，亚洲国家多样性很强，各国发展程度不一，这给统一货币环境,带来很大阻力，需要亚洲国家一起,坐下来合作，商讨将来推出亚元的准备。他很期待能尽早的出台亚元，形成一个长期的、稳定的亚元体系，这将对亚洲未来的和平稳定,带来很多好处。
其实，亚元设想,并不是新概念。”亚元区”设想,最早由马来西亚前总理马哈蒂尔,在1997年东盟国家首脑会议上提出的。2003年，有”欧元之父”美誉的诺贝尔经济学奖得主蒙代尔建议-在亚洲地区,设立由某一组货币组成的共同货币——”亚元”流通。
在当前世界经济衰退的大背景下，亚元设想能不能实施，如果要推出亚元,我们又该做哪些准备？
直到现在,”亚元”这个概念,仍是一个冷门词汇，更别提付诸实践。是否因为亚洲的情况太过于复杂，没有亚元存在的土壤？
最近,韩国政界刮起了一股“女性旋风”，政界似乎进入了“女性全盛时代”。领导2012年国会议员选举的朝野两党代表均为女性，这在宪政史上,还是第一遭。
从整体上看，在本次国会议员选举中，女性候选人所占比例,仅为7%。在韩国社会中，女性进入政界,仍然举步维艰，存在一道不可逾越的“玻璃天花板”。
如今，韩国的政界似乎进入了“女性全盛时代”，朴槿惠、韩明淑，李正姬、沈相奵……这些女性政党领导人的名字对韩国人来讲耳熟能详。
朴槿惠（60岁），国会议员，已故韩国总统朴正熙之女，毕业于西江大学电子工学系，曾任15、16、17、18届国会议员，现任新国家党非常对策委员长；
韩明淑（68岁），梨花女子大学女性学硕士毕业，曾任第37届国务总理，现任民主统合党代表；
李正姬（43岁），首尔大学公法学系毕业，国会议员，现任统合进步党共同代表；
沈相奵（53岁），首尔大学社会教育系毕业，前国会议员，现任统合进步党共同代表。
这些女性政党领导人一般毕业于韩国一流大学，拥有令人羡慕的专业知识和社会地位，并且相关从政经验丰富。
参加今年第19届国会议员选举的女性候选人,非常惹人注目。尤其是女性之间争夺名额的选区，其硝烟味儿更浓。举例来说，京畿道一山选区，4年前,就已经进行过对决的新国家党（又名“新世界党”）金映宣议员与民主统合党金贤美议员,又将短兵相接，展开“回头战”。
目前,金映宣领先金贤美5个百分点，由于差距较小，究竟鹿死谁手,还未可知。
在京畿道光明市乙选区，新国家党全在姬议员与民族统合党李彦周律师,这两位女将将会狭路相逢，据预测,将成为一场难分胜负的激战。
各选区女性代表活跃，在韩国原有的政治圈，女性仍然只占少数。在4月11日国会议员选举中，已经通过推荐程序、宣布正式参加竞选的各选区女性候选人只有66人，仅占全部候选人的7.1%。据悉，17届国会议员选举时女性候选人的比例为5.6%，18届为11.8%，到了今年的第19届，又回落到了7.1%。这说明,标榜“优待女性”的韩国各政党的承诺,在本次选举中未能兑现。
韩国近期的舆论调查结果显示，参加国会议员选举的女性候选人人数较少的原因是：决定候选人的竞选方式,对女性很不利。具体来看，女性议员,多出身于比例代表（按照一定女性比例推举出来的代表），她们在选区内的各项基础,相对薄弱，即便是拥有加分，仍然很容易就输给男性候选人。同时，各政党内的派别划分等权力斗争关系,也会对推举候选人的最终决策,产生很大的影响，因为,同男性相比，女性议员的人际关系管理能力比较差，因此,立足之地,就更小，这是一个很大的局限性。
韩国各界普遍认为，为了给女性政治家提供更加宽松的氛围和良好的竞争环境，各个政党应该制定具有一贯性的女性推荐比例标准。而且，女性议员自身,也需要不断努力，在做好形象管理及议政活动的同时，也要积极参与选区的内部管理，从而克服自身的局限性。
韩国人普遍认为，如果女性政治家执政，那么社会氛围将会变得更加和谐和充满温情，因为她们会尽量避免冲突的发生。
毫无疑问的是，朴槿惠与韩明淑这两位女性政治家所领导的2012年国会议员选举,将会在韩国政界掀起“撒切尔”效应，韩国正在开启女性政治家的全盛时代。
这种21世纪韩国政界的新图景，恐怕是数年前-被称为三金（ 韩国前总统金泳三、前国务总理金钟泌、前总统金大中）的曾经在韩国政坛叱咤风云的男性领导人所始料不及的。
