創業奇蹟
一個沒上過一天學,僅會寫自己名字的農村婦女,居然在短短6年間,白手起家,創辦了一個資產達13億元的私營大企業!這,絕對真實,並非聳人聽聞的假新聞!創造這個真實童話的農村婦女名叫陶華碧,今年已經51歲了。單說她的名字,許多人也許茫然不知,但提起她的“老乾媽麻辣醬”,卻是無人不曉。陶華碧正是貴陽南明老乾媽風味食品有限責任公司的董事長。這個連文件都看不懂的農村“老乾媽”,到底是如何創辦和管理好這個擁有1300多名員工的大企業的呢?近日,記者專程趕赴貴陽,採訪了“老乾媽”,了解了她極富傳奇色彩的“創業絕招”……   創業“絕招”拼!苦拼!苦活累活親自拼“老乾媽”名叫陶華碧,出生於貴州省湄潭縣一個偏僻的山村。由於家裡貧窮,陶華碧從小到大沒讀過一天書。 20歲那年,她嫁給了206地質隊的一名隊員;但沒過幾年,丈夫就病逝了,扔下了她和兩個孩子。為了生存,她不得不去打工和擺地攤。 1989年,陶華碧用省吃儉用積攢下來的一點錢,在貴陽市南明區龍洞堡的一條街邊,用四處揀來的磚頭蓋了個簡陋的“實惠餐廳”,專賣涼粉和冷面。沒有讀過一天書的她,全憑著樸素的想法琢磨經營之道。為了贏得顧客,她冥思苦想,琢磨出了別人沒有的獨到的“絕點子”:別人不過是加點胡椒、味精、醬油和小蔥什麼的,她卻特地製作了專門拌涼粉的作料麻辣醬。這個點子一實施,生意果然十分興隆。偶爾有一天,陶華碧沒有備麻辣醬,顧客聽說沒有麻辣醬,居然都轉身走了。她不禁感到十分困惑:難道來我這裡的顧客並不是喜歡吃涼粉,而是喜歡吃我做的麻辣醬? !機敏的她一下就看準了麻辣醬的潛力,從此苦苦地潛心研究起來……經過幾年的反複試制,她製作的麻辣醬風味更加獨特了。很多客人吃完涼粉後,還要掏錢買一點麻辣醬帶回去,甚至有人不吃涼粉卻專門來買她的麻辣醬。她不禁喜上眉梢:有這麼多人愛吃我的麻辣醬,我還賣什麼涼粉?不如專賣麻辣醬! 1996年7月,陶華碧借南明區雲關村委會的兩間房子,招聘了40名工人,辦起了食品加工廠,專門生產麻辣醬,定名為“老乾媽麻辣醬”。她當上老闆後,知道管好工廠要靠管理,可她大字不識一個,怎麼管呢?一番苦思冥想後,她認准了一個“管理絕招”,那就是:我苦活累活都親自乾,工人們就能跟著幹,還怕搞不好?風風火火的陶華碧這麼說,就這麼幹,什麼事情都親歷親為。當時的生產都是手工操作,其中搗麻椒、切辣椒時濺起的飛沫把人的眼睛辣得不停地流淚,工人們都不願幹這活。陶華碧就親自動手,她一手揮著一把菜刀,嘴裡還不停地說:“我把辣椒當成蘋果切,就一點也不辣眼睛了。”員工聽了,都笑了起來,紛紛拿起了菜刀……那段時間,陶華碧身先士卒地干,結果累得患了肩周炎,10個手指的指甲因攪拌麻辣醬全部鈣化了。她當老闆的都這麼拼命苦幹,工人們還會惜力嗎?可是,大批麻辣醬生產出來後,當地的涼粉店根本消化不了。陶華碧又親自背著麻辣醬,送到各食品商店和單位食堂進行試銷。沒想到,這種笨辦法效果還真不錯。不過一周的時間,那些試銷商便紛紛打來電話,讓她加倍送貨……結果,她的“老乾媽麻辣醬”很快就在貴陽市穩穩地站住了腳根。這時,精明的陶華碧心想:水深水淺都試出來了,我“老乾媽”還怕什麼?老話不是說要“趁熱打鐵”嗎?索性,我擴大規模,把工廠辦成公司得了! 1997年8月,“貴陽南明老乾媽風味食品有限責任公司”正式掛牌,工人一下子擴大到200多人。小工廠擴大成公司後,一切就必須走上正規,產供銷等“五臟六腑”就要俱全,財務、人事各種報表都要她親自審閱,工商、稅務、城管等很多對外事務都要應酬,政府有關部門還經常下達文件要她貫徹執行……所有這些,讓大字不識一個的陶華碧最初覺得真是太難了!但是,她的性格偏偏就是不畏難。財務報表之類的東西完全看不懂,她就苦練起記憶力和心算能力,然後讓財務人員念給她聽;聽得打瞌睡了,她就泡上苦得舌頭髮麻的濃茶喝… …最終,她苦練出了超過一般人的記憶力和心算能力。每次統計表一出來,財務人員念給她聽時,她居然聽上一兩遍就能記住,並分辨出對錯。最令她頭痛的是,她得經常參加政府主管部門召開的各種會議,還得上台發言……這對於沒有文化的她來說,簡直就是趕鴨子上架啊!無奈,她只得尋思請能人來輔佐自己了。沒想到,從部隊轉業到206地質隊汽車隊工作的長子李貴山得知她的難處後,主動辭職來到了她的公司。有高中文化的李貴山,幫助她做的第一件事就是處理文件。他讀,她聽。聽到重要處,她會突然站起來,用手指著文件說:“這條很重要,用筆劃下來,馬上去辦。”然後,她就在李貴山指點需要她簽名的文件右上角畫個圓圈。李貴山看著這個圓圈,哭笑不得,他在紙上寫下了“陶華碧”三個大字,讓母親沒事時練習。哪知,陶華碧對這三個字看了又看,一邊搖頭,一邊為難地感嘆說:“這三個字,很複雜,很複雜呀!”儘管如此,她還是拿出乾活時那樣的“力氣”,苦練起來。可沒上過學的她真的練起字來,竟覺得比當初切辣椒都難。但為了寫好自己的名字,她拿出乾苦活的勁頭整整練寫了三天!當她終於寫好了自己的名字,竟然高興得請公司全體員工加了一頓餐! “拼!苦拼!”這就是陶華碧起家的第一“絕招”。就是靠著這股拼命勁,她完成了自己的“原始積累”。對內“絕招”:真!真情!真得員工不忍背叛沒有規矩不成方圓。長子李貴山加盟後,陶華碧也想為公司建章立制。別的企業製定許多規章制度,都是為了製約員工消極怠工、偷工減料,防止員工對企業不忠誠。可陶華碧深知:靠自己和長子那點文化,整不出這麼多“高級玩意兒”來。但是,在對內管理上,她也有自己的獨門“絕招”:實行親情化管理!即自始至終對員工進行“感情投資”,講真情,真得每個員工覺得不拼命幹活就對不起她,真得有一個員工背叛她就會被其他員工罵死!最初讓李貴山制定自己的“土政策”時,她就把“講感情”視為最基本的要素。比如:在員工福利待遇的製定上,考慮到公司地處偏遠,交通不便,員工吃飯難,她決定所有員工一律由公司包吃包住……當公司後來發展到1300多人時,這個規矩仍然沒有廢止。這麼龐大的企業,一直這樣實行全員包吃包住,誰敢想,誰又敢做?然而,陶華碧不管花多大的“血本”,都始終堅持了下來。
[2]  公司裡有個廚師來自農村,父母早喪,家裡還有兩個年幼的弟弟,可他愛喝酒抽煙,每月1000多元的工資,幾乎都被他花掉了。陶華碧得知這一情況後,很是擔心。有一天下班後,她專門請這個廚師到酒店喝酒,對他說:“孩子,今天你想喝什麼酒就要什麼酒,想喝多少就喝多少。但是,從明天開始,你要戒酒戒菸。因為,你要讓兩個弟弟去讀書,千萬別像我一樣一個大字不識。” 廚師聽了這番語重心長的話,深受感動,當即表示戒酒戒菸。但陶華碧還是不放心,她只讓他每月留200元錢零花,其餘的錢則由她替他保管;什麼時候他弟弟上學要用錢時,再從她那裡支取。一個大企業的老闆,誰能像她這樣為一個普通打工仔理財?誰能這樣從細微處關心每個員工?雖然沒有文化,但陶華碧明白這樣一個道理:幫一個人,感動一群人;關心一群人,肯定能感動整個集體。貴州過年過節時,有吃狗肉的習俗,她就特地建了個養狗場,長年累月養著80多條狗,每到冬至和春節就殺狗供全公司會餐。公司現在擁有1300多個員工,她竟然能叫出60%的人名,並記住了其中許多人的生日;每個員工的生日到了,都能收到她送的禮物和一碗長壽麵加兩個荷包蛋;每個員工結婚時,她必定要親自當證婚人;每當有員工出差,她還總是像老媽媽送兒女遠行一樣,親手為他們煮上幾個雞蛋,一直把他們送到廠門口,直到他們坐上了公交車後,才轉身回去……   這種親情化的“感情投資”,果然使“老乾媽”公司具有了超強的凝聚力。在員工們的心目中,陶華碧就像媽媽一樣可親可敬;在公司裡,沒有人叫她董事長,全都叫她“老乾媽”,極少有人願意離開;即便有些人因為某種原因走了,到了別處一體驗那種缺少“人情味”的管理,也想回來。有一次,一個男員工離開後在別的單位幹得很不順心,不禁特別想念“老乾媽”,卻又不好意思直接見她,只好託人帶話說想回來。陶華碧一聽,就說:“我也一直惦記著他呀!《還珠格格》裡的小燕子走了,她的皇阿瑪是那麼地牽腸掛肚,我也是那樣啊!你轉告他,也讓他轉告所有從’老乾媽’出去的人:如果他們在外面乾得不如意,都可以回來,當媽媽的哪會嫌兒醜呢?”   真情,讓陶華碧在自己的企業擁有了“親媽媽”一樣的感召力,使公司的員工們擰成一股繩,為“老乾媽麻辣醬”的迅速發展拼搏起來……只用了3年半的時間,“老乾媽”公司到2000年末就迅速壯大到1200多人,產值近3億元,上繳國家稅收4315萬元。對外“絕招”:誠!誠信!誠得別人不忍欺騙公司發展到這個程度後,陶華碧漸漸感覺到產品的對外銷售成了大問題。可是,她既不懂什麼營銷策略,也不懂什麼廣告策劃,甚至連名片都不使用,又怎麼開拓市場,爭取新客戶呢?陶華碧知道自己的劣勢,但也堅信:條條大路通羅馬!只要找到土辦法,她照樣能做大買賣。可是用什麼土辦法呢?通過分析對內管理的成功,她覺得:對內對外都是與人打交道,都要講感情。對內,這感情要體現在“真”上;對外,這感情恐怕就要體現在“誠”字上了。只要你賺錢,也保證讓別人賺錢;不坑人,不騙人,願意與你合作做生意的就多,你就能搞好銷售。於是,她專門召開經營管理大會,對員工們說:“都說無奸不商,我就偏偏不信,我偏偏要’寧可人人負我,我決不負客戶!’請大家一定牢記這一點,在市場競爭中以誠信經營立足,取勝!”   2001年,有一家玻璃製品廠給“老乾媽”公司提供了800件(每件32瓶)醬瓶。誰知,公司裝上麻辣醬剛銷售到市場上,就有​​客戶反映:“有的瓶子封口不嚴,有往外漏油現象。”不巧,一些對手企業不知怎麼很快知道了這事,馬上利用這事攻擊“老乾媽”。陶華碧知道後非常重視,要求相關部門迅速查處。一些管理人員向她建議說:“可能只是個別瓶子封口不嚴,把這批貨追回重新封口就行了,不然損失就太大了,這可是800件貨呀!”陶華碧卻堅決地說:“不行!這事關公司的信譽!馬上派人到各地追回這批貨,全部當眾銷毀,一瓶也不能漏掉!損失再大,也沒有在市場上失信的損失大!”結果,這樣的做法,雖然使公司損失巨大,卻讓人們看到了“老乾媽”信守質量的決心,壞事變成了好事。那是在2001年年初,廣州有個銷售商把年銷售“老乾媽麻辣醬”的目標定到了3000萬元。陶華碧覺得這目標太高,很難實現,就半開玩笑地說:“你如果真實現這個目標,我年終就獎你一輛轎車!”銷售商聽了也沒怎麼當真,他知道陶華碧特別節儉— —她當了這麼大的老闆,自己卻一直連轎車都不配,平時出門辦事大多去擠公汽、中巴,即使是去稅務所交稅,也是兜里揣上作為中餐的兩個饅頭,坐著農用車往返,她怎麼會捨得獎外人轎車呢?可是到了年終,銷售商真的完成了3000萬元的銷售額。這時,陶華碧表態了:“人要講信用,說出去的話就像潑出去的水,不負責任怎麼取信於人?”她力排眾議,獎了這位銷售商一輛捷達轎車!這事傳開後,銷售商們都感嘆道:“還是’老乾媽’最講誠信啊!對她這樣的人,誰還會忍心騙她!”   誠信讓陶華碧贏得了好聲譽,也嚐到了甜頭,這使她更加把誠信經營當作企業發展的法寶。她自信地說:“我不懂什麼時髦的管理方法,我就靠誠信,我要誠得別人不忍心騙我!誰要是騙了我,別人就會說:’你連她都忍心騙啊? ‘誰就在同行中臭名遠揚,難以立足!”   沒想到,有些合作夥伴和廠家為了私利或某種目的,還真的準備騙她。有一次,她的公司急需豆豉原料,讓重慶的一家豆豉釀造廠趕緊運來了10多噸豆豉;因為是“等米下鍋”,檢驗員收貨時也就沒特別仔細看;誰知貨下車後,才發現外面擺放的豆豉是質量好的,裡面的豆豉居然都餿了!如果只顧趕著生產,這批豆豉經過特殊處理後用一用也未尚不可,但陶華碧哪能容忍對顧客有一點兒欺騙?她堅持退貨,公司也因缺原料被迫停產兩天,造成了莫大的損失。但這件事傳開後,陶華碧為顧客真誠負責的精神感動了人們,“老乾媽”在市場上的信譽更好了。而重慶的那家豆豉釀造廠呢?卻因為連陶華碧都欺騙,頓時成了“千夫所指”的過街老鼠,在同行業的信譽一落千丈。憑著誠信,陶華碧在同行中贏得了廣泛的信譽,企業不斷壯大,品牌廣為人知,利潤逐年增加。有些人眼紅了。一時間,全國各地的市場上,竟然每年都有50多種假冒的“老乾媽”!陶華碧終於對這事不再“講感情”了,開始花大力氣打假。她派人四處臥底調查,但假冒的“老乾媽”就像韭菜一樣,割了一茬又一茬。她大聲疾呼:“我才是真正的’老乾媽’!”但湖南的一家“老乾媽”卻繼續我行我素。陶華碧這次犯強了,她不依不饒地與湖南這家“老乾媽”打起了官司,一打就是3年!最終,陶華碧的“老乾媽”打敗了湖南的“老乾媽”。這一回,陶華碧吃一塹,長一智,2003年5月,她的“老乾媽”獲得了國家商標局的註冊證書。老乾媽公司曾名列”中國私營企業50強“第5名,2011年實現增值稅10856萬元,首次突破億元大關,比去年同期增長13.5%。陶華碧,這個沒上過一天學的農村“老太太”,把一個民營公司辦到這種程度,創造了新時代一個令人難以想像的真實童話。她的成功,令人嘆為觀止;而她的成功之道,更值得那些學歷比她高的大小老闆們反思和借鑒!

涼拌蕨菜
  主料:蕨菜250克
配料:老乾媽風味水豆豉100克調料:食鹽3克、味精2克、胡辣椒面10克、蒜泥10克、薑米6克、蔥花5克製作方法:將蕨菜切成一寸長的節,用沸水汆熟,加上老乾媽風味水豆豉,食鹽,味精,胡辣椒面,蒜泥,薑米,蔥花拌勻即可。  特點:鮮辣香脆。

香辣蟹
  主料:蓋蟹750克
配料:老乾媽油辣椒50克,乾辣椒50克,熟花生米30克,蒜苔30克調料:食鹽5克、味精3克、糖5克、花椒2克、豆瓣醬10克、醋3克、香油10克、姜、蒜泥、蔥花、香菜各5克、植物油500克(消耗75克)。製作方法:蟹去殼,去內臟,洗淨,切成塊,鍋內放油,油溫至7層,將蟹炸熟撈出,鍋內留油,加干椒炒香,放老乾媽油辣椒、薑蒜泥、蟹、鹽、味精、花椒、豆瓣醬、糖、醋、花生米、蒜苔、香菜、蔥花翻炒起鍋。  特點:外脆內嫩,辣香可口。

涼拌京蔥
  主料:大蔥250克
配料:老乾媽風味水豆豉100克調料:食鹽2克、味精2克製作方法:大蔥去皮,洗淨,切成絲,裝盤。再加上老乾媽風味水豆豉,食鹽,味精拌勻淋在蔥絲上即可。  特點:鮮嫩爽口。

老乾媽煎肉
用料: 去皮二刀豬腿肉250克,味精5克,老乾媽豆豉100克,紅醬油5克,大蒜10克,混合油100克,老薑10克,料酒10克,蒜苗50克。製作方法: 1、去皮二刀豬腿肉洗淨切成片,蒜苗切成馬耳朵形,姜切片,蒜切片。 2、將炒鍋置於火上,下混合油燒至六成熱,下肉片爆炒,待其呈燈盞窩後滗去餘油,下紅醬油、姜、蒜片繼續翻炒,待肉片水氣乾後,下老乾媽豆豉、料酒、蒜苗、翻炒少許加味精簸轉,起鍋裝盤即成。特點: 老乾媽煎肉其實是在四川傳統名菜鹽煎肉的基礎上演變而來,這一變化使傳統鹽煎肉更適合現代人的口特徵。 “老乾媽“而多種味型,在這裡選用豉汁型。

老乾媽香辣排骨
原料:小肋骨排、青蒜苗半斤、老乾媽香辣醬一瓶(超市有售
),大料、花椒、鹽各少許做法:1.買排骨時盡量把排骨剁成比較小的塊(炒得時候才能入味),先把排骨用水冒一下,去掉血水和腥味;   2.把用水冒過的排骨撈出來,重新倒入熱水小火燉熟,骨肉不分離最佳,否則影響賣相,這次可在燉鍋中放入花椒、大料、薑片少許以去除排骨的葷腥味;   3.把燉熟的排骨撈出,炒鍋燒熱放少許油(因辣醬中本身有油),少許青蒜苗爆香,若口味濃重者可在熗鍋前把花椒和辣椒爆出味瀝出,再倒入香辣醬爆出香味,倒入排骨翻炒片刻讓辣醬的味道全部入到排骨中,辣醬本身有鹹味加少許鹽即可,快出鍋時,放入切成段的青蒜苗若干,爆出蒜苗的香味盛盤即可! !

主料:茄子300克
配料:老乾媽鮮肉絲豆豉75克,鮮肉末150克調料:食鹽5克、味精3克、糖3克、香油10克、醋5克、蔥花5克、植物油300克(消耗75克)。製作方法:茄子洗淨,一切二,打斜刀待用,肉加鹽、味精調成餡,夾在茄子內,炒鍋放油至油溫八層時,放入茄子炸熟撈出裝盤,鍋內留油,加老乾媽鮮肉絲豆豉、鹽、味精、糖、香油、醋煸香淋在茄子上,撒上蔥花即可。  特點:肉香、茄嫩。

创业奇迹
  一个没上过一天学,仅会写自己名字的农村妇女,居然在短短6年间,白手起家,创办了一个资产达13亿元的私营大企业!这,绝对真实,并非耸人听闻的假新闻!   创造这个真实童话的农村妇女名叫陶华碧,今年已经51岁了。单说她的名字,许多人也许茫然不知,但提起她的“老干妈麻辣酱”,却是无人不晓。陶华碧正是贵阳南明老干妈风味食品有限责任公司的董事长。   这个连文件都看不懂的农村“老干妈”,到底是如何创办和管理好这个拥有1300多名员工的大企业的呢?近日,记者专程赶赴贵阳,采访了“老干妈”,了解了她极富传奇色彩的“创业绝招”……   创业“绝招”拼!苦拼!苦活累活亲自拼   “老干妈”名叫陶华碧,出生于贵州省湄潭县一个偏僻的山村。由于家里贫穷,陶华碧从小到大没读过一天书。20岁那年,她嫁给了206地质队的一名队员;但没过几年,丈夫就病逝了,扔下了她和两个孩子。为了生存,她不得不去打工和摆地摊。   1989年,陶华碧用省吃俭用积攒下来的一点钱,在贵阳市南明区龙洞堡的一条街边,用四处拣来的砖头盖了个简陋的“实惠餐厅”,专卖凉粉和冷面。没有读过一天书的她,全凭着朴素的想法琢磨经营之道。为了赢得顾客,她冥思苦想,琢磨出了别人没有的独到的“绝点子”:别人不过是加点胡椒、味精、酱油和小葱什么的,她却特地制作了专门拌凉粉的作料麻辣酱。这个点子一实施,生意果然十分兴隆。偶尔有一天,陶华碧没有备麻辣酱,顾客听说没有麻辣酱,居然都转身走了。她不禁感到十分困惑:难道来我这里的顾客并不是喜欢吃凉粉,而是喜欢吃我做的麻辣酱?!   机敏的她一下就看准了麻辣酱的潜力,从此苦苦地潜心研究起来……经过几年的反复试制,她制作的麻辣酱风味更加独特了。很多客人吃完凉粉后,还要掏钱买一点麻辣酱带回去,甚至有人不吃凉粉却专门来买她的麻辣酱。她不禁喜上眉梢:有这么多人爱吃我的麻辣酱,我还卖什么凉粉?不如专卖麻辣酱!   1996年7月,陶华碧借南明区云关村委会的两间房子,招聘了40名工人,办起了食品加工厂,专门生产麻辣酱,定名为“老干妈麻辣酱”。她当上老板后,知道管好工厂要靠管理,可她大字不识一个,怎么管呢?一番苦思冥想后,她认准了一个“管理绝招”,那就是:我苦活累活都亲自干,工人们就能跟着干,还怕搞不好?   风风火火的陶华碧这么说,就这么干,什么事情都亲历亲为。当时的生产都是手工操作,其中捣麻椒、切辣椒时溅起的飞沫把人的眼睛辣得不停地流泪,工人们都不愿干这活。陶华碧就亲自动手,她一手挥着一把菜刀,嘴里还不停地说:“我把辣椒当成苹果切,就一点也不辣眼睛了。”员工听了,都笑了起来,纷纷拿起了菜刀……那段时间,陶华碧身先士卒地干,结果累得患了肩周炎,10个手指的指甲因搅拌麻辣酱全部钙化了。她当老板的都这么拼命苦干,工人们还会惜力吗?   可是,大批麻辣酱生产出来后,当地的凉粉店根本消化不了。陶华碧又亲自背着麻辣酱,送到各食品商店和单位食堂进行试销。没想到,这种笨办法效果还真不错。不过一周的时间,那些试销商便纷纷打来电话,让她加倍送货……结果,她的“老干妈麻辣酱”很快就在贵阳市稳稳地站住了脚根。这时,精明的陶华碧心想:水深水浅都试出来了,我“老干妈”还怕什么?老话不是说要“趁热打铁”吗?索性,我扩大规模,把工厂办成公司得了!   1997年8月,“贵阳南明老干妈风味食品有限责任公司”正式挂牌,工人一下子扩大到200多人。小工厂扩大成公司后,一切就必须走上正规,产供销等“五脏六腑”就要俱全,财务、人事各种报表都要她亲自审阅,工商、税务、城管等很多对外事务都要应酬,政府有关部门还经常下达文件要她贯彻执行……所有这些,让大字不识一个的陶华碧最初觉得真是太难了!   但是,她的性格偏偏就是不畏难。财务报表之类的东西完全看不懂,她就苦练起记忆力和心算能力,然后让财务人员念给她听;听得打瞌睡了,她就泡上苦得舌头发麻的浓茶喝……最终,她苦练出了超过一般人的记忆力和心算能力。每次统计表一出来,财务人员念给她听时,她居然听上一两遍就能记住,并分辨出对错。   最令她头痛的是,她得经常参加政府主管部门召开的各种会议,还得上台发言……这对于没有文化的她来说,简直就是赶鸭子上架啊!无奈,她只得寻思请能人来辅佐自己了。没想到,从部队转业到206地质队汽车队工作的长子李贵山得知她的难处后,主动辞职来到了她的公司。   有高中文化的李贵山,帮助她做的第一件事就是处理文件。他读,她听。听到重要处,她会突然站起来,用手指着文件说:“这条很重要,用笔划下来,马上去办。”然后,她就在李贵山指点需要她签名的文件右上角画个圆圈。李贵山看着这个圆圈,哭笑不得,他在纸上写下了“陶华碧”三个大字,让母亲没事时练习。哪知,陶华碧对这三个字看了又看,一边摇头,一边为难地感叹说:“这三个字,很复杂,很复杂呀!”尽管如此,她还是拿出干活时那样的“力气”,苦练起来。可没上过学的她真的练起字来,竟觉得比当初切辣椒都难。但为了写好自己的名字,她拿出干苦活的劲头整整练写了三天!当她终于写好了自己的名字,竟然高兴得请公司全体员工加了一顿餐!   “拼!苦拼!”这就是陶华碧起家的第一“绝招”。就是靠着这股拼命劲,她完成了自己的“原始积累”。   对内“绝招”:真!真情!真得员工不忍背叛   没有规矩不成方圆。长子李贵山加盟后,陶华碧也想为公司建章立制。别的企业制定许多规章制度,都是为了制约员工消极怠工、偷工减料,防止员工对企业不忠诚。可陶华碧深知:靠自己和长子那点文化,整不出这么多“高级玩意儿”来。但是,在对内管理上,她也有自己的独门“绝招”:实行亲情化管理!即自始至终对员工进行“感情投资”,讲真情,真得每个员工觉得不拼命干活就对不起她,真得有一个员工背叛她就会被其他员工骂死!   最初让李贵山制定自己的“土政策”时,她就把“讲感情”视为最基本的要素。比如:在员工福利待遇的制定上,考虑到公司地处偏远,交通不便,员工吃饭难,她决定所有员工一律由公司包吃包住……当公司后来发展到1300多人时,这个规矩仍然没有废止。这么庞大的企业,一直这样实行全员包吃包住,谁敢想,谁又敢做?然而,陶华碧不管花多大的“血本”,都始终坚持了下来。
[2]  公司里有个厨师来自农村,父母早丧,家里还有两个年幼的弟弟,可他爱喝酒抽烟,每月1000多元的工资,几乎都被他花掉了。陶华碧得知这一情况后,很是担心。有一天下班后,她专门请这个厨师到酒店喝酒,对他说:“孩子,今天你想喝什么酒就要什么酒,想喝多少就喝多少。但是,从明天开始,你要戒酒戒烟。因为,你要让两个弟弟去读书,千万别像我一样一个大字不识。” 厨师听了这番语重心长的话,深受感动,当即表示戒酒戒烟。但陶华碧还是不放心,她只让他每月留200元钱零花,其余的钱则由她替他保管;什么时候他弟弟上学要用钱时,再从她那里支取。 一个大企业的老板,谁能像她这样为一个普通打工仔理财?谁能这样从细微处关心每个员工?虽然没有文化,但陶华碧明白这样一个道理:帮一个人,感动一群人;关心一群人,肯定能感动整个集体。   贵州过年过节时,有吃狗肉的习俗,她就特地建了个养狗场,长年累月养着80多条狗,每到冬至和春节就杀狗供全公司会餐。公司现在拥有1300多个员工,她竟然能叫出60%的人名,并记住了其中许多人的生日;每个员工的生日到了,都能收到她送的礼物和一碗长寿面加两个荷包蛋;每个员工结婚时,她必定要亲自当证婚人;每当有员工出差,她还总是像老妈妈送儿女远行一样,亲手为他们煮上几个鸡蛋,一直把他们送到厂门口,直到他们坐上了公交车后,才转身回去……   这种亲情化的“感情投资”,果然使“老干妈”公司具有了超强的凝聚力。在员工们的心目中,陶华碧就像妈妈一样可亲可敬;在公司里,没有人叫她董事长,全都叫她“老干妈”,极少有人愿意离开;即便有些人因为某种原因走了,到了别处一体验那种缺少“人情味”的管理,也想回来。   有一次,一个男员工离开后在别的单位干得很不顺心,不禁特别想念“老干妈”,却又不好意思直接见她,只好托人带话说想回来。陶华碧一听,就说:“我也一直惦记着他呀!《还珠格格》里的小燕子走了,她的皇阿玛是那么地牵肠挂肚,我也是那样啊!你转告他,也让他转告所有从‘老干妈’出去的人:如果他们在外面干得不如意,都可以回来,当妈妈的哪会嫌儿丑呢?”   真情,让陶华碧在自己的企业拥有了“亲妈妈”一样的感召力,使公司的员工们拧成一股绳,为“老干妈麻辣酱”的迅速发展拼搏起来……只用了3年半的时间,“老干妈”公司到2000年末就迅速壮大到1200多人,产值近3亿元,上缴国家税收4315万元。   对外“绝招”:诚!诚信!诚得别人不忍欺骗   公司发展到这个程度后,陶华碧渐渐感觉到产品的对外销售成了大问题。可是,她既不懂什么营销策略,也不懂什么广告策划,甚至连名片都不使用,又怎么开拓市场,争取新客户呢?   陶华碧知道自己的劣势,但也坚信:条条大路通罗马!只要找到土办法,她照样能做大买卖。可是用什么土办法呢?通过分析对内管理的成功,她觉得:对内对外都是与人打交道,都要讲感情。对内,这感情要体现在“真”上;对外,这感情恐怕就要体现在“诚”字上了。只要你赚钱,也保证让别人赚钱;不坑人,不骗人,愿意与你合作做生意的就多,你就能搞好销售。于是,她专门召开经营管理大会,对员工们说:“都说无奸不商,我就偏偏不信,我偏偏要‘宁可人人负我,我决不负客户!’请大家一定牢记这一点,在市场竞争中以诚信经营立足,取胜!”   2001年,有一家玻璃制品厂给“老干妈”公司提供了800件(每件32瓶)酱瓶。谁知,公司装上麻辣酱刚销售到市场上,就有客户反映:“有的瓶子封口不严,有往外漏油现象。”不巧,一些对手企业不知怎么很快知道了这事,马上利用这事攻击“老干妈”。陶华碧知道后非常重视,要求相关部门迅速查处。一些管理人员向她建议说:“可能只是个别瓶子封口不严,把这批货追回重新封口就行了,不然损失就太大了,这可是800件货呀!”陶华碧却坚决地说:“不行!这事关公司的信誉!马上派人到各地追回这批货,全部当众销毁,一瓶也不能漏掉!损失再大,也没有在市场上失信的损失大!”结果,这样的做法,虽然使公司损失巨大,却让人们看到了“老干妈”信守质量的决心,坏事变成了好事。   那是在2001年年初,广州有个销售商把年销售“老干妈麻辣酱”的目标定到了3000万元。陶华碧觉得这目标太高,很难实现,就半开玩笑地说:“你如果真实现这个目标,我年终就奖你一辆轿车!”销售商听了也没怎么当真,他知道陶华碧特别节俭——她当了这么大的老板,自己却一直连轿车都不配,平时出门办事大多去挤公汽、中巴,即使是去税务所交税,也是兜里揣上作为中餐的两个馒头,坐着农用车往返,她怎么会舍得奖外人轿车呢?可是到了年终,销售商真的完成了3000万元的销售额。这时,陶华碧表态了:“人要讲信用,说出去的话就像泼出去的水,不负责任怎么取信于人?”她力排众议,奖了这位销售商一辆捷达轿车!这事传开后,销售商们都感叹道:“还是‘老干妈’最讲诚信啊!对她这样的人,谁还会忍心骗她!”   诚信让陶华碧赢得了好声誉,也尝到了甜头,这使她更加把诚信经营当作企业发展的法宝。她自信地说:“我不懂什么时髦的管理方法,我就靠诚信,我要诚得别人不忍心骗我!谁要是骗了我,别人就会说:‘你连她都忍心骗啊?’谁就在同行中臭名远扬,难以立足!”   没想到,有些合作伙伴和厂家为了私利或某种目的,还真的准备骗她。有一次,她的公司急需豆豉原料,让重庆的一家豆豉酿造厂赶紧运来了10多吨豆豉;因为是“等米下锅”,检验员收货时也就没特别仔细看;谁知货下车后,才发现外面摆放的豆豉是质量好的,里面的豆豉居然都馊了!如果只顾赶着生产,这批豆豉经过特殊处理后用一用也未尚不可,但陶华碧哪能容忍对顾客有一点儿欺骗?她坚持退货,公司也因缺原料被迫停产两天,造成了莫大的损失。但这件事传开后,陶华碧为顾客真诚负责的精神感动了人们,“老干妈”在市场上的信誉更好了。而重庆的那家豆豉酿造厂呢?却因为连陶华碧都欺骗,顿时成了“千夫所指”的过街老鼠,在同行业的信誉一落千丈。   凭着诚信,陶华碧在同行中赢得了广泛的信誉,企业不断壮大,品牌广为人知,利润逐年增加。有些人眼红了。一时间,全国各地的市场上,竟然每年都有50多种假冒的“老干妈”!陶华碧终于对这事不再“讲感情”了,开始花大力气打假。她派人四处卧底调查,但假冒的“老干妈”就像韭菜一样,割了一茬又一茬。她大声疾呼:“我才是真正的‘老干妈’!”但湖南的一家“老干妈”却继续我行我素。陶华碧这次犯强了,她不依不饶地与湖南这家“老干妈”打起了官司,一打就是3年!最终,陶华碧的“老干妈”打败了湖南的“老干妈”。这一回,陶华碧吃一堑,长一智,2003年5月,她的“老干妈”获得了国家商标局的注册证书。   老干妈公司曾名列”中国私营企业50强“第5名,2011年实现增值税10856万元,首次突破亿元大关,比去年同期增长13.5%。陶华碧,这个没上过一天学的农村“老太太”,把一个民营公司办到这种程度,创造了新时代一个令人难以想象的真实童话。她的成功,令人叹为观止;而她的成功之道,更值得那些学历比她高的大小老板们反思和借鉴!

凉拌蕨菜
  主料:蕨菜250克
配料:老干妈风味水豆豉100克   调料:食盐3克、味精2克、胡辣椒面10克、蒜泥10克、姜米6克、葱花5克   制作方法:将蕨菜切成一寸长的节,用沸水汆熟,加上老干妈风味水豆豉,食盐,味精,胡辣椒面,蒜泥,姜米,葱花拌匀即可。   特点:鲜辣香脆。

香辣蟹
  主料:盖蟹750克
配料:老干妈油辣椒50克,干辣椒50克,熟花生米30克,蒜苔30克   调料:食盐5克、味精3克、糖5克、花椒2克、豆瓣酱10克、醋3克、香油10克、姜、蒜泥、葱花、香菜各5克、植物油500克(消耗75克)。   制作方法:蟹去壳,去内脏,洗净,切成块,锅内放油,油温至7层,将蟹炸熟捞出,锅内留油,加干椒炒香,放老干妈油辣椒、姜蒜泥、蟹、盐、味精、花椒、豆瓣酱、糖、醋、花生米、蒜苔、香菜、葱花翻炒起锅。   特点:外脆内嫩,辣香可口。

凉拌京葱
  主料:大葱250克
配料:老干妈风味水豆豉100克   调料:食盐2克、味精2克   制作方法:大葱去皮,洗净,切成丝,装盘。再加上老干妈风味水豆豉,食盐,味精拌匀淋在葱丝上即可。   特点:鲜嫩爽口。

老干妈煎肉
  用料: 去皮二刀猪腿肉250克,味精5克,老干妈豆豉100克,红酱油5克,大蒜10克,混合油100克,老姜10克,料酒10克,蒜苗50克。   制作方法: 1、去皮二刀猪腿肉洗净切成片,蒜苗切成马耳朵形,姜切片,蒜切片。   2、将炒锅置于火上,下混合油烧至六成热,下肉片爆炒,待其呈灯盏窝后滗去余油,下红酱油、姜、蒜片继续翻炒,待肉片水气干后,下老干妈豆豉、料酒、蒜苗、翻炒少许加味精簸转,起锅装盘即成。   特点: 老干妈煎肉其实是在四川传统名菜盐煎肉的基础上演变而来,这一变化使传统盐煎肉更适合现代人的口特征。“老干妈“而多种味型,在这里选用豉汁型。

老干妈香辣排骨
  原料:小肋骨排、青蒜苗半斤、老干妈香辣酱一瓶(超市有售
),大料、花椒、盐各少许   做法:1.买排骨时尽量把排骨剁成比较小的块(炒得时候才能入味),先把排骨用水冒一下,去掉血水和腥味;   2.把用水冒过的排骨捞出来,重新倒入热水小火炖熟,骨肉不分离最佳,否则影响卖相,这次可在炖锅中放入花椒、大料、姜片少许以去除排骨的荤腥味;   3.把炖熟的排骨捞出,炒锅烧热放少许油(因辣酱中本身有油),少许青蒜苗爆香,若口味浓重者可在炝锅前把花椒和辣椒爆出味沥出,再倒入香辣酱爆出香味,倒入排骨翻炒片刻让辣酱的味道全部入到排骨中,辣酱本身有咸味加少许盐即可,快出锅时,放入切成段的青蒜苗若干,爆出蒜苗的香味盛盘即可!!

老干妈富贵茄
主料:茄子300克
配料:老干妈鲜肉丝豆豉75克,鲜肉末150克   调料:食盐5克、味精3克、糖3克、香油10克、醋5克、葱花5克、植物油300克(消耗75克)。   制作方法:茄子洗净,一切二,打斜刀待用,肉加盐、味精调成馅,夹在茄子内,炒锅放油至油温八层时,放入茄子炸熟捞出装盘,锅内留油,加老干妈鲜肉丝豆豉、盐、味精、糖、香油、醋煸香淋在茄子上,撒上葱花即可。   特点:肉香、茄嫩。

    一個沒上過一天學,僅會寫自己名字的農村婦女,居然在短短6年間,白手起家,創辦了一個資產達13億元的私營大企業!這,絕對真實,並非聳人聽聞的假新聞!創造這個真實童話的農村婦女,名叫陶華碧,今年已經五十多歲了。單說她的名字,許多人也許茫然不知,但提起她的“老乾媽麻辣醬”,卻是無人不曉。陶華碧正是貴陽南明老乾媽風味食品有限責任公司的董事長。這個連文件都看不懂的農村“老乾媽”,到底是如何創辦和管理好這個擁有1300多名員工的大企業的呢?赴貴陽,訪“老乾媽”,了解了她極富傳奇色彩的“創業絕招”……   
    創業“絕招”拼!苦拼!苦活累活親自拼“老乾媽”名叫陶華碧,出生於貴州省湄潭縣一個偏僻的山村。由於家裡貧窮,陶華碧從小到大,沒讀過一天書。 20歲那年,她嫁給了206地質隊的一名隊員;但沒過幾年,丈夫就病逝了,扔下了她和兩個孩子。為了生存,她不得不去打工和擺地攤。 1989年,陶華碧用省吃儉用,積攢下來的一點錢,在貴陽市南明區龍洞堡的一條街邊,用四處揀來的磚頭,蓋了個簡陋的“實惠餐廳”,專賣涼粉和冷面。沒有讀過一天書的她,全憑著樸素的想法,琢磨經營之道。為了贏得顧客,她冥思苦想,琢磨出了別人沒有的獨到的“絕點子”:別人不過是加點胡椒、味精、醬油和小蔥什麼的,她特地製作了專門拌涼粉的作料-麻辣醬。這個點子一實施,生意果然十分興隆。偶爾有一天,陶華碧沒有備麻辣醬,顧客聽說沒有麻辣醬,居然都轉身走了。她不禁感到十分困惑:難道來我這裡的顧客並不是喜歡吃涼粉,而是喜歡吃我做的麻辣醬? !機敏的她,一下就看準了麻辣醬的潛力,從此,苦苦地潛心研究起來……經過幾年的反複試制,她製作的麻辣醬,風味更加獨特了。很多客人吃完涼粉後,還要掏錢買一點麻辣醬帶回去,甚至有人不吃涼粉,專門來買她的麻辣醬。她不禁喜上眉梢:有這麼多人愛吃我的麻辣醬,我還賣什麼涼粉?不如專賣麻辣醬!  
    1996年7月,陶華碧借南明區雲關村委會的兩間房子,招聘了40名工人,辦起了食品加工廠,專門生產麻辣醬,定名為“老乾媽麻辣醬”。她當上老闆後,知道管好工廠要靠管理,可她大字不識一個,怎麼管呢?一番苦思冥想後,她認准了一個“管理絕招”,那就是:我苦活累活都親自乾,工人們就能跟著幹,還怕搞不好?  
    風風火火的陶華碧這麼說,就這麼幹,什麼事情都親歷親為。當時的生產,都是手工操作,其中,搗麻椒、切辣椒時,濺起的飛沫,把人的眼睛辣得不停地流淚,工人們都不願幹這活。陶華碧就親自動手,她一手揮著一把菜刀,嘴裡還不停地說:“我把辣椒當成蘋果切,就一點也不辣眼睛了。”員工聽了,都笑了起來,紛紛拿起了菜刀……那段時間,陶華碧身先士卒地干,結果,累得患了肩周炎,10個手指的指甲,因攪拌麻辣醬,全部鈣化了。她當老闆的,都這麼拼命苦幹,工人們還會惜力嗎?可是,大批麻辣醬生產出來後,當地的涼粉店根本消化不了。陶華碧又親自背著麻辣醬,送到各食品商店和單位食堂進行試銷。沒想到,這種笨辦法,效果還真不錯。不過一周的時間,那些試銷商便紛紛打來電話,讓她加倍送貨……結果,她的“老乾媽麻辣醬”很快就在貴陽市,穩穩地站住了腳根。這時,精明的陶華碧心想:水深水淺都試出來了,我“老乾媽”還怕什麼?老話不是說,要“趁熱打鐵”嗎?索性,我擴大規模,把工廠辦成公司得了!  
    1997年8月,“貴陽南明老乾媽風味食品有限責任公司”正式掛牌,工人一下子擴大到200多人。小工廠擴大成公司後,一切就必須走上正規,產供銷等“五臟六腑”就要俱全,財務、人事各種報表,都要她親自審閱,工商、稅務、城管等很多對外事務,都要應酬,政府有關部門還經常下達文件,要她貫徹執行……所有這些,讓大字不識一個的陶華碧,最初覺得真是太難了!但是,她的性格偏偏就是不畏難。財務報表之類的東西,完全看不懂,她就苦練起記憶力和心算能力,然後,讓財務人員念給她聽;聽得打瞌睡了,她就泡上苦得舌頭髮麻的濃茶喝……最終,她苦練出了超過一般人的記憶力和心算能力。每次統計表一出來,財務人員念給她聽時,她居然聽上一兩遍就能記住,並分辨出對錯。最令她頭痛的是,她得經常參加政府主管部門召開的各種會議,還得上台發言……這對於沒有文化的她來說,簡直就是趕鴨子上架啊!無奈,她只得尋思請能人來輔佐自己了。沒想到,從部隊轉業,到206地質隊汽車隊工作的長子李貴山得知她的難處後,主動辭職,來到了她的公司。有高中文化的李貴山,幫助她做的第一件事,就是處理文件。他讀,她聽。聽到重要處,她會突然站起來,用手指著文件說:“這條很重要,用筆劃下來,馬上去辦。”然後,她就在李貴山指點需要她簽名的文件右上角,畫個圓圈。李貴山看著這個圓圈,哭笑不得,他在紙上寫下了“陶華碧”三個大字,讓母親沒事時練習。哪知,陶華碧對這三個字看了又看,一邊搖頭,一邊為難地感嘆說:“這三個字,很複雜,很複雜呀!”儘管如此,她還是拿出乾活時那樣的“力氣”,苦練起來。可沒上過學的她,真的練起字來,竟覺得比當初切辣椒都難。但為了寫好自己的名字,她拿出乾苦活的勁頭,整整練寫了三天!當她終於寫好了自己的名字,竟然高興得請公司全體員工加了一頓餐! “拼!苦拼!”這就是陶華碧起家的第一“絕招”。就是靠著這股拼命勁,她完成了自己的“原始積累”。對內“絕招”:真!真情!真得員工不忍背叛
    沒有規矩不成方圓。長子李貴山加盟後,陶華碧想為公司建章立制。別的企業製定許多規章制度,都是為了製約員工消極怠工、偷工減料,防止員工對企業不忠誠。可陶華碧深知:靠自己和長子那點文化,整不出這麼多“高級玩意兒”來。但是,在對內管理上,她也有自己的獨門“絕招”:實行親情化管理!即自始至終對員工進行“感情投資”,講真情,真得每個員工覺得不拼命幹活就對不起她,真得有一個員工背叛她就會被其他員工罵死!  
    最初,讓李貴山制定自己的“土政策”時,她就把“講感情”視為最基本的要素。比如:在員工福利待遇的製定上,考慮到公司地處偏遠,交通不便,員工吃飯難,她決定所有員工一律由公司包吃包住……當公司後來發展到1300多人時,這個規矩仍然沒有廢止。這麼龐大的企業,一直這樣實行全員包吃包住,誰敢想,誰又敢做?然而,陶華碧不管花多大的“血本”,都始終堅持了下來。
    公司裡有個廚師來自農村,父母早喪,家裡還有兩個年幼的弟弟,可他愛喝酒抽煙,每月1000多元的工資,幾乎都被他花掉了。陶華碧得知這一情況後,很是擔心。有一天下班後,她專門請這個廚師到酒店喝酒,對他說:“孩子,今天你想喝什麼酒就要什麼酒,想喝多少就喝多少。但是,從明天開始,你要戒酒戒菸。因為,你要讓兩個弟弟去讀書,千萬別像我一樣一個大字不識。” 廚師聽了這番語重心長的話,深受感動,當即表示戒酒戒菸。但陶華碧還是不放心,她只讓他每月留200元錢零花,其餘的錢則由她替他保管;什麼時候他弟弟上學要用錢時,再從她那裡支取。一個大企業的老闆,誰能像她這樣為一個普通打工仔理財?誰能這樣從細微處關心每個員工?雖然沒有文化,但陶華碧明白這樣一個道理:幫一個人,感動一群人;關心一群人,肯定能感動整個集體。  
    貴州過年過節時,有吃狗肉的習俗,她就特地建了個養狗場,長年累月養著80多條狗,每到冬至和春節就殺狗供全公司會餐。公司現在擁有1300多個員工,她竟然能叫出60%的人名,並記住了其中許多人的生日;每個員工的生日到了,都能收到她送的禮物和一碗長壽麵加兩個荷包蛋;每個員工結婚時,她必定要親自當證婚人;每當有員工出差,她還總是像老媽媽送兒女遠行一樣,親手為他們煮上幾個雞蛋,一直把他們送到廠門口,直到他們坐上了公交車後,才轉身回去……   這種親情化的“感情投資”,果然使“老乾媽”公司具有了超強的凝聚力。在員工們的心目中,陶華碧就像媽媽一樣可親可敬;在公司裡,沒有人叫她董事長,全都叫她“老乾媽”,極少有人願意離開;即便有些人因為某種原因走了,到了別處一體驗那種缺少“人情味”的管理,也想回來。  
    有一次,一個男員工離開後在別的單位幹得很不順心,不禁特別想念“老乾媽”,卻又不好意思直接見她,只好託人帶話說想回來。陶華碧一聽,就說:“我也一直惦記著他呀!《還珠格格》裡的小燕子走了,她的皇阿瑪是那麼地牽腸掛肚,我也是那樣啊!你轉告他,也讓他轉告所有從’老乾媽’出去的人:如果他們在外面乾得不如意,都可以回來,當媽媽的哪會嫌兒醜呢?”   
    真情,讓陶華碧在自己的企業擁有了“親媽媽”一樣的感召力,使公司的員工們擰成一股繩,為“老乾媽麻辣醬”的迅速發展拼搏起來……只用了3年半的時間,“老乾媽”公司到2000年末就迅速壯大到1200多人,產值近3億元,上繳國家稅收4315萬元。對外“絕招”:誠!誠信!誠得別人不忍欺騙
    公司發展到這個程度後,陶華碧漸漸感覺到產品的對外銷售成了大問題。可是,她既不懂什麼營銷策略,也不懂什麼廣告策劃,甚至連名片都不使用,又怎麼開拓市場,爭取新客戶呢?  
    陶華碧知道自己的劣勢,但也堅信:條條大路通羅馬!只要找到土辦法,她照樣能做大買賣。可是用什麼土辦法呢?通過分析對內管理的成功,她覺得:對內對外都是與人打交道,都要講感情。對內,這感情要體現在“真”上;對外,這感情恐怕就要體現在“誠”字上了。只要你賺錢,也保證讓別人賺錢;不坑人,不騙人,願意與你合作做生意的就多,你就能搞好銷售。於是,她專門召開經營管理大會,對員工們說:“都說無奸不商,我就偏偏不信,我偏偏要’寧可人人負我,我決不負客戶!’請大家一定牢記這一點,在市場競爭中以誠信經營立足,取勝!”   
    2001年,有一家玻璃製品廠給“老乾媽”公司提供了800件(每件32瓶)醬瓶。誰知,公司裝上麻辣醬剛銷售到市場上,就有​​客戶反映:“有的瓶子封口不嚴,有往外漏油現象。”不巧,一些對手企業不知怎麼很快知道了這事,馬上利用這事攻擊“老乾媽”。陶華碧知道後非常重視,要求相關部門迅速查處。一些管理人員向她建議說:“可能只是個別瓶子封口不嚴,把這批貨追回重新封口就行了,不然損失就太大了,這可是800件貨呀!”陶華碧卻堅決地說:“不行!這事關公司的信譽!馬上派人到各地追回這批貨,全部當眾銷毀,一瓶也不能漏掉!損失再大,也沒有在市場上失信的損失大!”結果,這樣的做法,雖然使公司損失巨大,卻讓人們看到了“老乾媽”信守質量的決心,壞事變成了好事。  
    那是在2001年年初,廣州有個銷售商把年銷售“老乾媽麻辣醬”的目標定到了3000萬元。陶華碧覺得這目標太高,很難實現,就半開玩笑地說:“你如果真實現這個目標,我年終就獎你一輛轎車!”銷售商聽了也沒怎麼當真,他知道陶華碧特別節儉— —她當了這麼大的老闆,自己卻一直連轎車都不配,平時出門辦事大多去擠公汽、中巴,即使是去稅務所交稅,也是兜里揣上作為中餐的兩個饅頭,坐著農用車往返,她怎麼會捨得獎外人轎車呢?可是到了年終,銷售商真的完成了3000萬元的銷售額。這時,陶華碧表態了:“人要講信用,說出去的話就像潑出去的水,不負責任怎麼取信於人?”她力排眾議,獎了這位銷售商一輛捷達轎車!這事傳開後,銷售商們都感嘆道:“還是’老乾媽’最講誠信啊!對她這樣的人,誰還會忍心騙她!”   誠信讓陶華碧贏得了好聲譽,也嚐到了甜頭,這使她更加把誠信經營當作企業發展的法寶。她自信地說:“我不懂什麼時髦的管理方法,我就靠誠信,我要誠得別人不忍心騙我!誰要是騙了我,別人就會說:’你連她都忍心騙啊? ‘誰就在同行中臭名遠揚,難以立足!”   沒想到,有些合作夥伴和廠家為了私利或某種目的,還真的準備騙她。有一次,她的公司急需豆豉原料,讓重慶的一家豆豉釀造廠趕緊運來了10多噸豆豉;因為是“等米下鍋”,檢驗員收貨時也就沒特別仔細看;誰知貨下車後,才發現外面擺放的豆豉是質量好的,裡面的豆豉居然都餿了!如果只顧趕著生產,這批豆豉經過特殊處理後用一用也未尚不可,但陶華碧哪能容忍對顧客有一點兒欺騙?她堅持退貨,公司也因缺原料被迫停產兩天,造成了莫大的損失。但這件事傳開後,陶華碧為顧客真誠負責的精神感動了人們,“老乾媽”在市場上的信譽更好了。而重慶的那家豆豉釀造廠呢?卻因為連陶華碧都欺騙,頓時成了“千夫所指”的過街老鼠,在同行業的信譽一落千丈。  
    憑著誠信,陶華碧在同行中贏得了廣泛的信譽,企業不斷壯大,品牌廣為人知,利潤逐年增加。有些人眼紅了。一時間,全國各地的市場上,竟然每年都有50多種假冒的“老乾媽”!陶華碧終於對這事不再“講感情”了,開始花大力氣打假。她派人四處臥底調查,但假冒的“老乾媽”就像韭菜一樣,割了一茬又一茬。她大聲疾呼:“我才是真正的’老乾媽’!”但湖南的一家“老乾媽”卻繼續我行我素。陶華碧這次犯強了,她不依不饒地與湖南這家“老乾媽”打起了官司,一打就是3年!最終,陶華碧的“老乾媽”打敗了湖南的“老乾媽”。這一回,陶華碧吃一塹,長一智,2003年5月,她的“老乾媽”獲得了國家商標局的註冊證書。

      主料:大蔥250克
    配料:老乾媽風味水豆豉100克調料:食鹽2克、味精2克製作方法:大蔥去皮,洗淨,切成絲,裝盤。再加上老乾媽風味水豆豉,食鹽,味精拌勻淋在蔥絲上即可。  特點:鮮嫩爽口。

    老乾媽煎肉

    老乾媽香辣排骨
    原料:小肋骨排、青蒜苗半斤、老乾媽香辣醬一瓶(超市有售
