繼國內固網寬帶被曝價格高、網速慢後,近日,一份有關中國手機網速“全球倒數第二”的報告,又在網絡上引發熱議。
網上熱傳的這份國際權威組織GSMA(全球移動通信協會)報告顯示,手機寬帶連接速度最慢的兩個國家,分別是印度和中國(不含港澳台地區)。截至2010年,日本和韓國手機上網速度,是中國手機上網速度的28倍。
“中國是不是倒數第二,很不好說,但中國肯定落後於西方發達國家的水平。”易觀智庫分析師黃萌說。
這種情況,就造成中國獨有的一個奇特現象:最時尚的手機,在中國成為最熱的消費熱點,但是,追逐新潮的消費者手裡,拿著當今最時尚、先進的手機的同時,卻在享受著陳舊、老邁的移動互聯服務,就如同-開著豪華跑車行駛在泥濘的鄉間小道上。
黃萌同時指出,中國手機用戶上網的資費,至少比世界上大多數國家和地區的資費都要高。
