2011-07-13,智联招聘薪酬数据中心,通过对全国3,967家企业(样本企业构成,为: 外资:民营:国有 = 3∶6∶1)的调研分析显示,金融、高科技,和房地产行业的薪酬水平,名列三甲。从薪资增长幅度来看,金融,房地产,和高科技的整体涨薪,有所放缓。同时,报告显示,2011年的年中薪资,增长率为11.8%,比2010年年中9.3%的增幅,上涨2.5个百分点。

  从城市来看,京、沪、广、深,4个一线城市的薪酬,保持领先水平,排名,没有发生变化,依次为:上海、北京、深圳和广州。杭州和天津等准一线城市薪酬,与一线城市差距,在逐步缩小。但是,一线城市(北京/上海/广州/深圳)高管人员的薪酬增长幅度,都未超过8%。

  从报告中看到,上海高管级别的平均年薪,为744,530元,总监为416,196元,经理为23,7037元,主管为138,165元,专员为80,439元,初级专员为49,282元,操作级员工为29,097元,各级别的薪资水平,均领先于全国其他城市。

  受今年上半年的通货膨胀压力,与生产成本上涨的双重影响,企业薪酬增长率,上涨了2.5个百分点,今年的年中薪资增长率,为11.8%。最新统计显示,随着通货膨胀压力的持续上升,职场人对薪酬增长幅度期望,与去年相比,略有提高。今年年中的员工期望涨薪幅度,为17.9%。
