中國航空工業集團公司副總經理徐佔斌，中國國際商會副會長王錦珍，中國民用航空局運輸司司長史博利，廣東省人民政府副秘書長江海燕，珠海市委副書記、代市長何寧卡在開幕式上致辭。珠海市委常委、常務副市長劉小龍主持開幕式。
