Visiting with Grace College Leadership Image It was great to be at Grace College with President Bill Katip. As a proud Grace MBA grad, I’m excited about all the positive developments on campus! Calling on State Dept to Disclose Biden/Xi Private Meetings Image Joe Biden’s previously bragged about the closeness of his relationship to China’s Leader Xi Jinping, boasting: “I’ve spent a lot of time—apparently, I was told by the folks at State—I’ve spent more time in private meetings with Xi Jinping than any world leader. I have 25 hours of private dinners with him, just he and I, and one interpreter.” What did they talk about during those 25 hours? I’m calling on the State Department to release any notes, memos or readouts from those meetings so we can learn what Biden has discussed with China’s president and any promises he’s made. Click here to learn more. Defending Freedom Act Image Over the past months states have instituted restrictions that clearly violate Americans’ Constitutional rights. When I entered Congress, I took an oath to defend those freedoms, and that’s why I’m proud to co-sponsor Congressman Warren Davidson’s Defending Freedom Act. The bill directs AG Barr to document federal and state infringements on the Bill of Rights during the COVID response and prosecute serious offenders. This can never happen again! As Indiana rebounds from the coronavirus pandemic, and after that, I pledge to keep supporting legislation that helps Hoosier small businesses recover and continue to grow.
