Approximately 60 countries participate in 1 of the “Friends of Libya” international conference, which will, by the French President – Nicolas Sarkozy and British Prime Minister – Cameron co-chaired. UN Secretary-General – Ban Ki-moon, German Chancellor – Angela Merkel, as well as U.S. Secretary of State – Hillary Clinton are participating in other countries to send foreign ministers meeting.

March 10, the French legal recognition of the Libyan rebels; is the first to admit that the Libyan rebel country.
