英國政府此前表示，如果阿桑奇離開尋求庇護的厄瓜多爾駐英國大使館，將逮捕（因涉嫌性侵害罪，而被瑞典要求引渡的）阿桑奇。

Representatives from over 30 Organization of American States called for: the next Friday to convene a foreign ministers’ meeting to discuss the diplomatic stalemate in Ecuador and the United Kingdom.
Ecuador decided: that the granting of political asylum to WikiLeaks founder Sangqi, triggering a dispute with the United Kingdom.
In addition to the United States, Canada, Trinidad and Tobago, almost all of the members of the Organization of American States (OAS) agreed that: Sangqi crisis held Foreign Ministers’ Meeting.
The British Government said earlier that Sangqi left to seek asylum in Ecuador Embassy in the UK, will be arrested (due to alleged sexual assault offenses, while the Swedish request for extradition) Sangqi.
